Donnelley & Sons Company located at 1145 Conwell Ave. Willard, OH 44888; On August 19, 2015, the employer did not ensure a employees were protected while working on the Printing Press #333 Folder. Employees were required to make adjustments to the needle inside the folder and did not deenergize the Press, exposing them to in going nip points between the rollers.
