29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge: a. On or about 08/12/2015, storage area - employees were exposed to emergency and fire related hazards, in that, the escape exit door, in addition to a push bar, had also a security bar installed that was closed during occupancy.
