29 CFR 1904.32(a)(4): The employer did not post an OSHA 300A Form or equivalent by February 1 thru April 30. On or about April 30, 2015, the employer had not posted an annual summary for 2014 for employees to review. There was at least one recordable injury in that: On 05/23/2014, an employee was injured when the mower flipped and broke his rib. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
