29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: (a) North side of the construction site: On August 11, 2015 and at times prior to the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards in that employees were walking/working around a scaffold that was being dismantled without the use of head protection.
