29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v): The employer used forklifts to support scaffold platforms without ensuring that the entire platform was attached to the fork and that the forklift was not moved horizontally while the platform was occupied. (a) Job Site - On or about August 6, 2015 employees were observed riding a scaffold platform and the platform was not attached to the forks on the Lull Rough Terrain Forklift.
