29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures, nor by any of the means listed in subparagraphs (A) through (D) of this paragraph. a.) T & J Development Company, 7200 Willie G Ave, Westover WV: On or about 07/29/15, employees were exposed to the 120 volt unguarded bus bar in the temporary panel box, in that a breaker was missing. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED.
