29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): (a) Lee Huddleston Plumbing, Inc., 14315 Orchard Parkway, Westminster, CO: The creating employer did not ensure the frequency of inspections by a competent person was sufficient to identify and abate hazards in a timely manner. On or about July 8th, 2015, a gasoline compactor was placed inside the backhoe bucket on a Case Brand 580 Super L loader for the purpose of moving the soil compactor to the bottom of an 8.5 foot deep excavation.
