29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs did not provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers: The employer does not provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials and equipment. This violation occurred on or about July 4, 2015 at the construction site where employees were conducting residential framing operations. The employees working in the area were exposed to fall hazards up to approximately 34 feet.
