29 CFR 1910.22(b)(2): Permanent aisles and passageways were not appropriately marked: a) At 8630 North Hall Street in St. Louis, MO 63147 (freight yard) - On or about 06/29/2015, employees were exposed to the hazard of being struck by a yard tractor (Unit Number: 90730) where permanent passageways for truck drivers entering and leaving the freight dock were not appropriately marked. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19
