29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: a) On June 26, 2015, during the replacement of the Ecomolite Controller, while performing yearly inspections of street light, cleaning and servicing cabinet, and replacing a LED light, the employer did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the job site located at the intersection of State Route 800 and Westbrook Street in the Village of East Sparta where employees were exposed to struck by hazards from vehicles on a two lane high way with a posted speed of 50 mph. b) On June 29, 2015, during the replacement of the Ecomolite Controller, while performing yearly inspections of street light, cleaning and servicing cabinet, and replacing a LED light, the employer did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the job site located at the intersection of State Route 800 and Westbrook Street in the Village of East Sparta where employees were exposed to struck by hazards from vehicles on a two lane high way with a posted speed of 50 mph.
