OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to struck-by hazards due to the instability of a large and heavy mining tire: a) On or about 06/26/2015 - 1651 Elliott Boulevard, Jasper, AL, an employee removed a size 18/25 mining tire, weighing approximately 2700 pounds, from a forklift attachment without a means of stabilizing the tire.
