29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5): Chemical manufacturers, importers, or distributors did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals leaving the workplace was labeled, tagged, or marked in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.1200. Tool Trailer; on or about 24 June 2015 and times prior thereto; an unmarked plastic spray bottle, containing an unknown chemical substance was not marked identifying the product and the hazard warnings associated with it. This condition exposed employees to chemical burns, poisoning, and skin dermatitis.
