Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death of serious physical harm to employees in that: A) Employees were exposed to being struck by concrete beams, arches, planks, etc. due to structure collapse at the Airside Building at the Greater Pittsburgh International Airport in that the erection sequence developed by the precast element designer was not followed in its entirety by the precast erector.
