29 CFR 1926.451(b)(5)(ii): The end of a platform greater than 10 feet in length extended over its support more than 18 inches and the platform was not designed and installed so that the cantilevered portion of the platform is able to support employees without tipping, or has guardrails which block employee access to the cantilevered end: a) Northwest corner of building, on or about 6-24-15: Two employees were working on a scaffold plank that was extended 5 feet beyond its support, exposing the employees to a fall hazard of 36 feet.
