29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer failed to initiate and maintain programs that provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment by competent persons designated by the employer: At the project, frequent and regular inspections of the job site, material and equipment were not made. The Vice President of the employer said he was onsite that morning to drop off supplies, but he did not inspect the site to ensure it complied with OSHA regulations prior to leaving. Employees were exposed to the hazards of contacting electricity and falling to the same level.
