29 CFR 1910.217(b)(4)(ii): Mechanical power press(es) using full revolution clutches were not provided with a pad with a nonslip contact area firmly attached to the pedal: Workplace, Stamping Area- Employees were using foot operated activation pedal on the Bliss 35 ton Power Press #5, Serial number, H6140 HP47007. The pedal was smooth with no treads or non slip covering; on or about 6/22/15. Note: In addition to abatement certification the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
