29 CFR 1926.552(c)(16): The employer did not ensure that all personnel hoists used by employees were constructed of materials and components which meet the specifications for materials, construction, safety devices, assembly, and structural integrity as stated in the American National Standard A10.4-1963, Safety Requirements for Workmen's Hoists. Location - 399 Revolution Drive, Somerville, MA: On or about 6/11/2015, the employer failed to ensure that all personnel hoists being erected were constructed of materials and components which meet the specifications for materials, construction, safety devices, assembly, and structural integrity as stated in the American National Standard A10.4-1963, Safety Requirements for Workmen's Hoists.
