29 CFR 1910.219(m)(2)(i): Expanded metal, sheet or perforated metal, and wire mesh was not securely fastened to frame. (a) Truck Receiving/Loading area on the North end, the center auger for unloading the bin just north of the main leg, next to the rail road, had a broken hinge and latch on the guard and was held together with a bungee cord which allowed it to be readily removable by the operator. This exposed employees to in-running nip points.
