29 CFR 1910.119(h)(3)(iv): The contract employer did not assure that each contract employee followed the safety rules of the facility including the safe work practices required by paragraph (f)(4) of this section: On June 10, 2015, at the Heads Column, DA-0501 at the INEOS Nitriles Green Lake Facility, the employer's implementation of the host employer's Opening Lines procedure, relating to hazardous chemicals in process piping, did not fully recognize the potential hazard to the operation.
