Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: (a) On or about February 11, 1992, employees were working on the 2nd floor, southeast side of building at 2 West Dixie Highway, setting posts up for future guardrails at the perimeters edge exposing themselves to the hazard of falling, in the alternative 29 CFR 1926.28(a). Among other methods, one feasible method to correct this is the strict policy of wearing and using safety belts.
