29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): Floors of workrooms were not maintained in a clean and, so far as possible, a dry condition: (a) Employees performing operations in the body shop were exposed to slips and falls on concrete floor due to the accumulation of water from the leaking toilet on the floor. (b) Employees were exposed to trip and fall hazards due to debris accumulated on the floor throughout the establishment.
