Production Line: On or about June 3, 2014, the employer did not ensure that conductors smaller than No. 8 were rigidly supported on noncombustible, nonabsorbent insulated material and not in contact with equipment. Employees were exposed to hazards associated with electrical shock, arcing, and burns.
