Employees were observed working on the very edge of the roof without any fall protection system. The roof was 19 feet above ground level. b.At Cluster A-5, House #4 - Two employees were exposed to a fall hazard while working on the roof of the first story of a house under construction while removing concrete forms. Among others, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is to provide the exposed workers with safety belts, lanyards and lifelines.
