OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees. a). Pivot Tower at Ken Henley Farm - On or about May 18, 2015, an employee carried equipment (i.e. collector ring when ascending/descending the fixed ladder attached to the Pivot Tower, thus exposing the employee to a fall hazard onto concrete ground.
