29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures: (a) Suncrest Village: The employer does not ensure that during the course of construction, debris is kept clear of the work areas. This condition was most recently observed on or about May 27, 2015, when employees were exposed to material and debris located on the ground throughout the worksite.
