29 CFR 1910.176(a): Where mechanical handling equipment was used, sufficient safe clearances were not allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways or wherever turns or passage had to be made and permanent aisles or passageways were not appropriately marked: In the loading dock area, employees were exposed to being struck by hampers, all purpose carts (APCs), and powered industrial trucks during loading and unloading of trucks and/or trailers.
