29 CFR 1910.24(g): Stairway platforms were not at least the width of the stairway and 30 inches in length measured in the direction of travel: (a) Boxing Area: Employees have to step up onto a 4 1/4 inch by 32 1/2 inch lip on the number 70, Singer Work Factory s/n 5626, boxing machine to fill the glue box. The employer did not ensure that the stairway platform was at least the width of the stairway and 30 inches in length measured in the direction of travel, as determined on or about 05/12/2015.
