29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain accident prevention programs as necessary to comply with this part: On or about December 30, 2014 at the Ford Motor Company Claycomo, Missouri Plant- Employees were exposed to crushing, struck-by and caught-in hazards due to worksite inspections of the assembly line construction not being performed under the accident prevention program. Abatement cerification for this violation is required.
