29 CFR 1910.178(m)(2): No person shall be allowed to stand, pass or work under the elevated portion of any truck, whether loaded or empty: On or about May 11, 2015, at the facility located at 32050 W. 83rd Street, in Desoto, Kansas an employee setting wood supports on the ground for AC units was exposed to caught in and amputation hazards in that the forklift operator lowered an AC unit onto the wood supports while the employee's hand was under the load.
