29 CFR 1926.602(a)(3)(i): The employer did not ensure that the access roadway or grade was constructed and maintained to accommodate safely the movement of equipment and vehicles, in that employees were exposed to roll over hazards while operating a TS6.120 New Holland Tractor: (a) On or about May 11, 2015, near or on 2400 Corinth Road, Cragford, AL, an employee operating a TS6.120 New Holland Tractor was not aware of the tractors limitations and conditions of the roadway when he drove the tractor around the side of a steep-sloped hill leading to the tractor rolling over and toppling down a hill for approximately 38 feet.
