OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that they were exposed to crushing and struck by hazards: On or about May 1, 2015, employees were exposed to crushing and struck by hazards while loading/unloading the guides on the Sutton 3-2 Roll Straightener in that employees stand in the drop zone and the drop chain does not have a safety latch on the hook.
