29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring were not protected from damage: a) At 4328 Hawkins Ridge Road in Saint Louis, MO 63129 - On or about 05/05/2015, employees were using a heavy duty extension cord, for powering handheld power tools, that had a damage to the outer sheathing (cut, exposing bare wiring) approximately 8 inches from the female connector, exposing employees to contact with electricity hazards.
