29 CFR 1910.178(o)(1): The employer did not ensure that only stable or safely arranged loads were handled: On April 29, 2015, at this location, an employee removing parts from scrap vehicles utilized a CAT powered industrial truck (PIT) to lift the front-end of a F-250 utility truck by positioning the truck three-quarters' of the way onto the PIT's forks and then raising the forks.
