OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees from crushing hazards: a) North Tower at 15 South 9th St., Newark NJ An employee did not follow company procedures when dropping an elevator, thus cutting the elevator cables in the elevator shaft versus the cutting the cables in the elevator mechanical room.
