29 CFR 1910.179(b)(6)(ii): Where passageways or walkways are provided obstructions shall not be placed so that safety of personnel will be jeopardized by movements of the crane. Gravure cylinder storage: On or about April 24, 2015, and times prior to, employees engaged in the maintenance and repair of the automated cylinder storage system could have been exposed to the automated movement of the overhead crane superstructure while an employee was on the crane way walk.
