29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: (a) On or about 4/28/15 - MRB Fryer room exits, the two (2) exit doors were obstructed by chains. The chains were being used to limit egress into the room but there use obstructed the exit route for the employees working in the area.
