On or about 04/23/15, on the ground floor of 149-48 Beach St. Flushing, NY Employees were cutting wood with a 10 DeWalt table saw without a guard. ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
