29 CFR 1926.451(f)(3): Scaffolds and scaffold components were not inspected for visible defects by a competent person before each work shift, and after any occurrence which could affect a scaffold's structural integrity: a) At Lot 40 East Lake, Auburn, Alabama: On or about April 8, 2015 and at times prior; the employer failed to inspect scaffolding prior to use and allowed the co-owner to tie off to an anchor point which was not installed as per the manufactures recommendations exposing the employee to a fall hazard of in excess of 25 feet to the concrete floor below.
