29 CFR 1926.304(h)(1): Each circular crosscut table saw shall be guarded by a hood which shall meet all the requirements of paragraph (i)(1) of this section for hoods for circular ripsaws. R1-Lot 55 Agana Heights Residential Construction Project: The DeWalt DW745 Table Saw (SN: 2013 28-CT251875) was not equipped with a hood guard. Employees cutting lumber for formwork were exposed to injuries to the hands and upper extremities.
