29 CFR 1926.300(b)(1): When power operated tools were designed to accommodate guards, they were not equipped with such guards when in use. a) At the project on or about March 30, 2015, outside the driveway concrete wall, there was no guard on a Makita right angle grinder used to smooth out concrete wall surface, exposing employees to the hazards of being struck by the wheel and broken dried small concrete pieces.
