OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees are exposed to a fall hazard: On or about March 24, 2015 and times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a fall hazard greater than 4 feet from a 2007 Travis trailer serial # 48X1R402571004996 ID #TL9 / 874, while climbing ladder rungs on the trailer that had cracks in the welding.
