29 CFR 1910.268(j)(3): Vehicle-mounted elevating and rotating work platforms were operated with conductive parts of the equipment closer to exposed energized power lines than the clearances set forth in Table R-2 of this section: On or about April 1, 2015, the conductive basket of the Genie extensible boom aerial lift (Serial No. 18014-165) was operated closer to exposed 7200 volt energized power lines than the 24 inch clearance set forth in Table R-2.
