29 CFR 1917.42(i)(2): Screw pin shackles, used aloft in house fall or other gear, did not have their pins moused or otherwise effectively secured. (a) On March 25, 2015 the inspection revealed that the screw pin shackle on the blue crane was not moused, potentially exposing employees to serious injury if the load were to fail.
