On or before March 25, 2015, the required danger signs were not provided for the Meyn Model #ME2080 (without conveyor line); known as the fat saver/sucker machine with the #189 vacuum tanks, located in the second processing department. b. On or before May 21, 2015, the required danger signs were not provided for the Marel Stork Liver Drum Model LWE Serial #10107500,in the evisceration department, located in first processing . c. On or before May 20, 2015, the required warning signs were not provided for the two Biro saws, Model BCC-100 Poultry Processing Machines, in the reprocessing/salvage section, located in first processing. d. On or before May 20, 2015, the required warning signs were not provided for the Biro saws, Model BCC-100 Poultry Processing Machines, at drops#1, #2, and #3 in the WOG department, located in second processing.
