29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: (a) Back of Store#3903: The exit route located between the stairs leading to the second floor and the back wall of the building had objects such as metal shelves, debris, and boxes of paper goods that obstructed the path of travel to the exit door as observed on March 25, 2015. The Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 992417, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 10, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 7118 Highway 278 in Covington, GA.
