OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) On or about March 19, 2015, in a remote tank yard an employee working alone while loading empty 1000 gallon (1760 pounds) propane tanks onto a trailer was fatally injured when an insufficiently braced tank roll/fell from the trailer onto the employee.
