29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): An employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) On or about March 2nd, 2015 and at times prior employees were exposed to a 24 foot fall hazard while installing plywood sheathing without the benefit fall protection equipment next to an unprotected edge of a multi-story complex in the vicinity of 1402 12th Street West in West Fargo, North Dakota.
