29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a) On or about 3/6/15 at the Quality Inn & Suites rehabilitation project located at 8200 Park Road, Batavia, New York; employees installing foam for the exterior finishes were not wearing protective helmets. Employees were exposed to struck by hazards from falling tools and debris. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
