29 CFR 1926.251(e)(8)(iii): Synthetic web sling(s) were not immediately removed from service when snags, punctures, tears, or cuts were present: On or about March 11, 2015 and at times prior thereto, the employer was using two damaged synthetic slings to lift a grid of steel beams weighing approximately 4300 lbs. This condition exposed the employees to struck-by, crush-by and/or caught-between hazards.
