OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: the employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees. a) Pulp mill area: On or about February 25, 2015 and at times prior; the employer failed to ensure that employees followed the manufacturer's recommendations and guidelines while replacing the conductivity probe on the foul condensate line.
